  1. 01 Oct 10 Musicology feat. DJ Hype

    Musicology celebrates the arrival of October with one of the true legends of Drum & Bass, none other than DJ Hype. Every Friday evening, Musicology will be showcasing to the North the hottest of talent from the drum and bass, dubstep, and electronica worlds, be it new kids on the block to the already established household names within the electronic music field.

  3. 02 Oct 10 Antics Feat. Little Boots (DJ Set) + The Sunshine Underground (DJ Set)

    We welcome back Antics after a summer off, which has seen The Sunshine Underground play numberous festivals across the UK and during that time they've persuaded some of their buddies to come and join them at their new improved clubnight. They've asked Little Boots to come and play her favourite songs and keep you guys dancing all night long.

  4. 08 Oct 10 Musicology feat. DJ Yoda (Stop, Look & Listen Tour)

    As part of his Stop, Look & Listen Tour, he's going to be appearing with a full Audio Visual experience with support from Abandonman, and then we'll be welcoming Musicology DJs and Cut & Paste Soundsystem for the afterparty until 4am! Wowzers.

    For fans of crystal castles and a bit of everything, get your " teeth " on to this. Teeth have a single out on Moshi Moshi in August and will follow with an EP in October. They are promoting this with a tour and are popping into the Faversham to play a special set.

    Following a huge response to last year's mid-week event with Magda and our most successful summer of Garden Parties to date we thought it was only fitting to say thank you with a FREE EVENT with the lady herself. As if that wasn't enough she brings the enigmatic Marc Houle with her for this appearance. Please be aware that last year's event was a capacity show and we expect the same this year.

    Well well well... It's none other than the legendary Mr Scruff who will be hosting Musicology on the 15th October as part of his Keep It Unreal Tour. Mr Scruff doesn't do things by halves and will be performing for 5 hours straight from when doors open until it's time to head off home again.     Detroit Social Club are a Newcastle based 5 piece who have toured with Oasis, Razorlight and Primal Scream and have perfected their live show over the past 3 years.     Please don't tell anyone but this Thursday 21st October The Underground Rebel Bingo Club is coming to the Faversham in Leeds. If you don't know who they are it's because they didn't tell you. They are a secret organisation that meets in secret locations to party hard, play hardcore Rebel Bingo, win sick prizes, and listen to music that is too loud.

  11. 22 Oct 10 Musicology feat. N-Type + Hatcha

    N-Type is Rinse FM's main man who's been evolving Dubstep from 2-step garage and drum and bass from a young age. His label has released music from the likes of Benga, Skream and Coki and he's been a resident at the legendary DMZ.

    Nicky Blackmarket is one of the original pioneers of drum and bass, and he is still the most faithful soldier for the scene around the world. His early influences came from his mother's background in the jazz scene, and it is improvisation and variety that characterise his DJ performances throughout his career.
