You know already that we are Leeds coolest, most versatile venue but you may not know that our house is available for your own private parties.

We cater for every type of event; birthdays, bar mitzvahs, socials, conferences, training days, clubnights, film nights, charity events, gigs and we are fully licensed for weddings.

Use of up to five rooms within the venue/full funktion1 soundsystem in the main room/four rooms fully equipped with soundsytems/ambient lighting in the main room/friendly security staff/event support from our experienced team of events staff/exclusive use of south facing terrace/extensive private hire menus/

Our 'Annual Sports Dinner' is a big event in our calendar and so it was only right that we found the perfect venue. The Faversham provided us with a relaxed, modern and convenient venue....The conservatory was a perfect size to allow everyone to circulate and feel comfortable. We ordered a hog roast which was prepared to an excellent standard and served at exactly the time that we requested. There were ample portions and the value for money was exceptional. Everyone was very impressed by all the staff both in preparing for the event and on the night.  Emails were answered promptly and queries cleared up with ease. The Faversham offered free hire for our charity event in April. Prior to the event The Faversham were incredibly helpful and helped us pick an appropriate menu for the event, providing a wide variety of price and food options. On the night the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help us set up the meeting room and event area.
